Our Commitment

Each item we ship is carefully prepared, packaged, and handled with the utmost attention to detail. 



Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

During periods of high demand or product launches, please allow an additional day for processing.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your item's journey to your doorstep.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.



Canada

We offer two different shipping options. Delivery times are approximate ranges and are dependant on where you live. Please note that delivery times do not include the 1-3 business days required for processing your order.

  • Standard (4-10 business days) Price: $9.99
  • Expedited (2-8 business days) Price: $19.99

Orders that meet the threshold of $70 CAD (after discounts and before taxes) are eligible for free standard shipping.


 

United States

We use a variety of carrier partners to ship across the United States. Delivery options as well as expected delivery times can be seen at checkout.

  • Typically our delivery times are between 2-9 business days depending on your delivery address and shipping service selected.
  • Pricing is calculated at checkout.

Orders that meet the threshold of $60 USD (after discounts and before taxes) are eligible for free standard/ground shipping.



International Shipping

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping to select destinations.

  • Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, but can vary depending on location and customs processing.
  • Pricing is calculated at checkout
  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by their country.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to avoid unexpected charges.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders and is dependant on location. 


 

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

You can monitor your order’s progress at any time using the link provided.


 

Packaging & Presentation

Each hat is individually inspected and packed in secure boxing, ensuring safe transit.

Larger or multiple-hat orders may arrive in consolidated packaging to reduce waste while maintaining full protection.


 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us here.

We will coordinate with the carrier to locate your shipment or issue a replacement when appropriate.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier disruptions once the order has left our facility.


 

Preorders

If you have ordered a preorder item, the estimated ship date will be indicated on the product page. We will notify you as soon as your item is ready to ship. Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are available.
