Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • The item shows no signs of wear or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.


 

Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the integrity of our brand, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or promotional/sale items

  • Gift cards

Please note: Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.



Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its approval.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect.


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take exceptional care in preparing and inspecting every order. In the rare event that your hat arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photographs of the issue, and we will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
