When can I expect delivery of my items and how much does shipping cost?
All orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Delivery times listed below do not include this processing time. The delivery dates are also approximate and can vary depending on where you live.

- Orders that meet the threshold of $70 CAD (after discounts and before taxes) are eligible for free standard shipping.

How do I return my items?

How do i exchange an item?
We do not currently offer a direct exchange process. However, if you change your mind we offer a fast and easy return process through our return portal. Once your return is complete you will receive a full refund. You can then choose a new item of your choice and reorder it. Please note that items being returned need to be unworn, unused, in original condition, and show no signs of wear or alteration to be eligible for a refund. Final sale or promotional/sale items are not eligible for return.

How do I clean & care for my hat?
Proper care ensures your hat remains as striking as the day it arrived!
Each hat has a standard label inside it detailing basic cleaning instructions.
Below, you’ll find simple yet essential ways to preserve your hat's shape, texture, and beauty for years to come.
General Care
- Handle with clean, dry hands. Oils or dirt can transfer easily to materials.
- Always lift your hat by the brim, not the crown, to prevent distortion.
- Avoid exposure to direct sunlight for prolonged periods when not in use, as this may cause fading.
- Keep your hat away from moisture. Rain, humidity, and heat can alter shape and texture.
If your hat becomes damp, allow it to air dry naturally, resting on a flat, clean surface — never use a hairdryer or place it near a heater.
Storage
- Store in a hat box or a cool, dry place away from direct light.
- To maintain structure, fill the crown with acid-free tissue paper and rest the hat upside down on its crown or on a hat stand, not on its brim.
- Avoid stacking hats or placing heavy objects on top of them.
For travel, consider using a structured travel hat box to protect it in transit.
Cleaning
Different materials require distinct care, to determine the material used in creating our hat, consult the inside label found inside your hat.
Felt Hats
- Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dust, brushing counterclockwise with gentle strokes.
- For stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth — never soak the material.
Wool or Fabric Hats
- Spot clean only, using mild detergent and water.
- Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Shaping & Steaming
If your hat loses its shape slightly, you can restore it using light steam:
1. Hold the hat carefully above a pot of gentle steam (never boiling water).
2. Once the material softens slightly, reshape the brim or crown with your hands.
3. Allow to air dry naturally, away from direct heat or sunlight.
For major reshaping or professional cleaning, we recommend visiting a hat specialist or milliner.
Travel Tips
- When packing, stuff the crown with soft clothing (like socks or scarves) and surround the hat with garments to support its shape.
- Alternatively, use a hard-shell travel hat box to prevent crushing during flights or long trips.
